• Community: Build stronger communities by fostering an environment where respect for all individuals and all viewpoints is the governing work ethic.

• Civility: Civility is not a sign of weakness; but a sign of strength. We shall always be civil amongst ourselves and with others regardless of the degree of disagreement.

• Celebration: Focus on Bangla heritage and culture. But, derive strength through diversity by paying homage to other cultures and languages. Include special segments from time to time to highlight high cultures of Hindi, Urdu, and English language.

• Conventionality: Honor Bengal's age-old traditional values of modesty in stage performances, since Anandamela is a family event
